Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical management, IT architecture, customer relationship management, project management, or delivery management.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS or Microsoft Azure).
- Technical knowledge of modern cloud data technologies such as Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Airflow, or Databricks.
- Background in IT operations, infrastructure, or production support managing platforms for multiple customers.
- Proven experience leading technical operations teams through large or complex projects including backlog creation and prioritization.
- Demonstrated ownership of incident and escalation processes, including root cause analysis and remediation.
- Active daily use of AI coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent).
- Experience in professional services, managed services, or client-facing environments.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with Director and VP level stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the delivery and operational excellence of modern data platforms for multiple customer accounts.
- Translate business and technical requirements into actionable Epics, Stories, and Tasks.
- Ensure engagements are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and motivate client technical teams.
- Lead major incident response, including coordination, communication, and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and operations teams in the US and India.
- Develop relationships with client sponsors and stakeholders to expand service value.
- Mentor and coach architects, engineers, and operations team members.
