Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical management, IT architecture, customer relationship management, project management, and/or delivery management.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS or Azure).
- Technical knowledge deploying and managing modern cloud data technologies such as Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Airflow, Redshift, or Databricks.
- Experience leading technical operations teams through multiple large or complex projects, including backlog creation and prioritization.
- Demonstrated ownership of incident and escalation processes, including root cause analysis.
- Active daily use of AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT.
- Experience delivering services in a professional or managed services client-facing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the delivery and operational excellence of modern data platforms for multiple customer accounts.
- Translate business and technical requirements into actionable Epics, Stories, and Tasks.
- Ensure engagements are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Provide leadership during major incidents, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including architects, engineers, and site reliability teams in the US and India.
- Develop strong relationships with client sponsors and stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach architects, engineers, and operations team members.
