Requirements

  • 2+ years closing net-new B2B SaaS/AI to mid-market or enterprise, where ACV > $100k
  • Product was not sold mainly on brand or relationships
  • Technically literate; capable of holding conversations about complex technical products
  • Previously worked as an SDR and graduated to AE in no more than 2 years
  • Can operate effectively without established playbooks or processes
  • Comfortable hunting own deals
  • Extensive cold calling experience
  • Readiness to travel to clients
  • Perfect English fluency

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through close
  • Develop relationships with AI leaders, engineering teams, platform teams, security teams, and executive stakeholders
  • Run product demos and help customers understand how White Circle fits into their AI stack
  • Navigate complex buying processes involving technical teams, legal, procurement, and executive decision-makers
  • Work closely with CEO & Head of Revenue on strategic opportunities
  • Provide structured customer feedback to product and engineering teams
  • Help develop the messaging, sales process, and playbooks that will support future growth
