Requirements
- 2+ years closing net-new B2B SaaS/AI to mid-market or enterprise, where ACV > $100k
- Product was not sold mainly on brand or relationships
- Technically literate; capable of holding conversations about complex technical products
- Previously worked as an SDR and graduated to AE in no more than 2 years
- Can operate effectively without established playbooks or processes
- Comfortable hunting own deals
- Extensive cold calling experience
- Readiness to travel to clients
- Perfect English fluency
Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through close
- Develop relationships with AI leaders, engineering teams, platform teams, security teams, and executive stakeholders
- Run product demos and help customers understand how White Circle fits into their AI stack
- Navigate complex buying processes involving technical teams, legal, procurement, and executive decision-makers
- Work closely with CEO & Head of Revenue on strategic opportunities
- Provide structured customer feedback to product and engineering teams
- Help develop the messaging, sales process, and playbooks that will support future growth
