Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or analytical roles.
- Demonstrated ownership of full budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Track record of building or materially improving scalable FP&A processes.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI to drive real output and accelerate analysis.
- Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills with scripting experience (VBA and/or Google Apps Script).
- Strong executive-facing communication skills, including presenting to C-suite, VP, or CFO level.
- Ability to operate with autonomy as a sole FP&A function.
- Systems thinking and process design mindset for repeatable infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Automate departmental and executive reporting using durable, repeatable, and low-touch pipelines.
- Operate the full financial model, including revenue and expense tracking, with minimal oversight.
- Architect AI-enabled FP&A workflows to improve data quality and reduce manual effort.
- Partner with department leaders as a strategic thought partner to surface variances and drive spend accountability.
- Synthesize complex financial data into clear, stakeholder-ready narratives for leadership decision-making.
