Requirements
- Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or an analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science).
- 5+ years of finance experience or related analytical field.
- Expert financial modeling and quantitative financial analysis skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, OpenAI).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work with senior decision-makers.
- Experience in AI, software, software infrastructure, or cloud computing industries preferred.
- MBA or similar degree preferred.
- Located in the Continental US.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own detailed, data-driven financial models and ad-hoc analytical projects to support strategic decision-making.
- Generate dashboard reports to monitor KPIs and communicate business trends, risks, and opportunities to management.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, partnering with the accounting team on the close process.
- Perform variance analyses to ensure fiscal responsibility and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare QBR, board, and investor-related materials and presentations.
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate FP&A processes using AI and agentic tools.
