Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience building relevant system models.
- 1+ years of hands-on Anaplan experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or Computer Science.
- Demonstrated knowledge of formal system implementation methodology (requirements gathering, design, build/test, training, and deployment).
- Experience with Agile methodology.
- Proven ability to lead and execute responsibilities with a hands-on approach.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under multiple deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key member of the Finance Anaplan Admin Support Team for connected financial planning solutions.
- Drive technical architecture, design process, prototyping, and flow mapping.
- Translate complex spreadsheets and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models.
- Create and run financial reports using PeopleSoft, Anaplan, and other relevant software.
- Lead data integration, migration, UAT testing, and deployment of solutions.
- Mentor team members and serve as a technical subject matter expert.
- Proactively prioritize projects and manage stakeholder expectations.
