Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, develop, and coach a high-performing sales team.
- Solve customer pain points through the company's value proposition.
- Manage the regional business as a General Manager, including planning and accurate forecasting.
- Act as an executive sponsor for partners to generate pipeline and drive opportunities.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and customer obsession.
