Requirements
- 7+ years in a creative agency, studio, or in-house team
- Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, typography, layout, and web/digital design fundamentals
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Proven ability to create and maintain production files including layout/typesetting, photo selection/editing, and print production
- Solid working proficiency with MS Office/Google Slides
- Experience building PowerPoint decks with knowledge of web and social media standards
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-fidelity collateral and creatives across print, digital, web, and multimedia, including ads, comps, concept executions, and presentations
- Prep supplied artwork for production by creating export-ready delivery packages and troubleshooting or resolving artwork issues throughout production
- Curate on-brand, high-quality stock photography and perform retouching and manipulation to ensure polished, effective creative assets
- Build new and refine existing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, to meet required specifications
- Collaborate with Creative and Art Directors, writers, designers, developers, and production teams while communicating design rationale to stakeholders and aligning work to brand systems and business goals
