Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in motion graphics and editing.
- Relevant degree or diploma.
- Minimum Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Willingness to learn Cinema 4D.
- Strong portfolio and showreel demonstrating work from ideation through execution.
- Experience in 2D animation, storyboarding, and final execution.
- Understanding of best practices for social media and mobile-first content.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong professional relationships.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Work on projects from start to finish, including ideation, creation, and implementation.
- Produce creative motion graphics and video editing with clear rationales.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Create 2D animations, GIFs, explainer videos, and social assets from concept to completion.
- Provide mentoring and feedback to junior team members to help develop their design skills.
- Collaborate with the creative director on project scoping, timelines, and storyboarding.
- Lead project team calls to discuss workflows, share tips, and review designs.
