Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years total, or 6+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Data Analytics, or a hybrid role.
- Professional experience within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Advanced SQL proficiency.
- Experience with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake).
- Hands-on experience designing and measuring A/B tests and defining success metrics.
- Deep understanding of financial data structures and SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, CAC, and LTV.
- Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Experience with FP&A platforms (e.g., Abacum, Pigment).
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the GTM analytics infrastructure by building and maintaining data models and reporting frameworks.
- Lead KPI stewardship for ARR, GRR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and other core SaaS metrics.
- Design, execute, and measure GTM experiments, including A/B testing and financial impact quantification.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for Finance, Revenue Operations, and executive leadership.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract data from billing, CRM, and product systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on data sources, metric definitions, and reporting standards.
- Drive the development of scalable, automated analytics processes to improve accuracy and speed-to-insight.
- Establish data governance and quality standards to ensure a single source of truth within the Finance domain.
