Requirements
- 7-8 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
- 2+ years of experience working with the Smartsheet platform.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing advanced, scalable Smartsheet solutions.
- Expertise in Smartsheet Advance applications, Connectors, and Multi-Tier functionality.
- Experience with complex, non-standard use cases and cross-functional solution design.
- Excellent client management skills with experience in both pre-sales and post-sales environments.
- Strong solution visioning and technical problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to partner effectively across internal departments.
- Proven success in mentoring peers and developing complex technical concepts.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate technical scoping and delivery on strategic customer engagements to achieve business outcomes.
- Influence the evolution of product offerings based on market trends, customer feedback, and product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to advocate for customer needs and address enterprise-level issues.
- Conduct technical solution feasibility reviews to ensure high-quality delivery standards.
- Provide technical expertise to the Professional Services Sales team for complex opportunities.
- Serve as the authoritative Smartsheet subject matter expert across all product capabilities.
- Support internal programs to enhance technical knowledge across the Customer Excellence organization.
