Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, business, economics, or international relations.
- Master's degree is considered an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Experience with Python and/or JavaScript programming.
- Proven client-facing experience in a professional setting.
- Understanding of private markets, including private equity and due diligence processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to client success.
- A sense of urgency and ability to deliver under tight timelines.
Responsibilities
- Leverage Python programming skills to contribute to survey programming and data analysis.
- Manage 3-5 simultaneous projects and coordinate with external vendors for respondent delivery.
- Guide clients on optimal survey structure and align design with research objectives.
- Oversee questionnaire development and conduct quality assurance for survey logic and functionality.
- Analyze survey data to provide clients with actionable insights.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing support for urgent updates.
- Identify patterns, optimize processes, and contribute to product improvements based on feedback.
