Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on technical, platform, or workflow-automation products.
- Demonstrated track record of integrating products with legacy or enterprise systems such as EHRs, payer systems, or ERPs.
- Fluency with modern AI/ML systems including LLMs, agents, RAG, evals, and tool use.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform data analysis using SQL or notebooks.
- Experience working in zero-to-one or early-scaling environments.
- Excellent written communication skills for creating specs, roadmaps, and technical decision documentation.
- Ability to scope agent capabilities and manage technical tradeoffs with engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for the automation vertical, from problem definition and opportunity sizing to agent design, rollout, and production outcomes.
- Partner with operations and engineering to translate real-world workflows into agent-executable specifications.
- Shadow operations teams and analyze systems such as payer portals and denial letters to define structured requirements.
- Define evaluation and observability strategies, including metrics, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop escalation paths.
- Prioritize competing customer requests, platform investments, and new automation surfaces.
- Partner with GTM teams on product positioning, pricing, and quantifying automation ROI.
