Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience managing operations and backend activities across multiple departments.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level).
- Ability to navigate the Internet effectively.
- Strong multitasking skills with a focus on delivering results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for customer and internal communication.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain merchant-facing purchase order trackers.
- Coordinate shipments by communicating with operations and transportation companies.
- Generate compliant BOLs and shipping labels according to retailer and GS1 standards.
- Arrange dock appointments for outbound shipments.
- Provide documentation for retailer chargeback disputes.
- Monitor error reports and troubleshoot defects in retail routing systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Implementation, Product, and Operations to support merchant needs.
