Requirements

- Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web-based applications

- Strong customer service mindset with experience handling client interactions
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the press release distribution and content delivery process
- Review, proofread, and optimize client content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with communication best practices
- Advise clients on content structure, messaging, and distribution strategies to improve visibility and engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of client communication campaigns
- Monitor distribution workflows and ensure press releases reach intended audiences effectively
- Handle multiple client requests simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting strict deadlines
- Apply SEO and content best practices to enhance the performance and reach of distributed materials
- Support issue resolution and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
