Requirements
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Implementations, Customer Success, and Marketing roles.
- Proven ability to partner with business leaders to define requirements and calibrate candidate profiles.
- Experience building and managing proactive candidate pipelines.
- Experience with sourcing and community engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or LinkedIn Recruiter AI.
- Experience recruiting in fintech, mortgage, or financial services (preferred).
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever (preferred).
- Experience at a Series A–C startup (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM functions including Sales, Implementations, Customer Success, and Marketing.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and close.
- Partner with GTM leaders to define role requirements and develop structured interview processes.
- Build and manage proactive candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and community engagement.
- Leverage AI tools to draft outreach sequences, job descriptions, and candidate communications.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rate.
