Job Details

5+ years of recruiting experience in-house, agency, or a combination of both
Proven success hiring sales and go-to-market talent
Experience supporting technical recruiting processes
Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting experience across LinkedIn and other platforms
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
Agency recruiting experience is a strong plus
Startup recruiting experience is highly preferred

Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with top-tier candidates across sales, technical, and business functions
Manage the recruiting process end-to-end from sourcing and screening through offer and closing
Lead recruiting efforts for GTM functions including BDRs, AEs, partnerships, and sales leadership roles
Assist with recruiting for engineering, product, and technical infrastructure roles as needed
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Deliver a high-quality, responsive, and thoughtful experience throughout the interview process
Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to align on hiring needs, interview processes, and talent strategy
Help refine recruiting operations, sourcing strategies, interview coordination, and hiring workflows
Stay informed on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring landscapes
Represent Breeze externally and help position the company as a top destination for talent
