Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in PR, Journalism, or Communication.
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in PR or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in sales.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong media network and experience managing client accounts.
- Ability to maintain a professional tone and attitude under pressure.
- Comfortable handling client confrontation and proposing solutions.
- High attention to detail and strong creative writing ability.
- Ambitious, decisive, and proactive mindset.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or tech startup industries is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Participate in client meetings to discuss campaign strategies, goals, and execution plans.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction with agency services.
- Analyze campaign performance data and competitor tracking to inform future strategies.
- Pitch services and newsjack to media outlets.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and work performed.
- Draft and revise content, including press releases and social media posts.
- Assist in business development by identifying leads and pitching agency services.
- Provide media training and support for client events when requested.
