Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in construction project estimation.
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related construction field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and electronic spreadsheets.
- Intermediate to advanced English language skills.
- Knowledge of budget preparation, quotations, valuation, cash flows, and unit price analysis.
- Ability to work 100% remotely.
- Commitment to full-time working hours.
Responsibilities
- Quantify work volumes for budgeting and material ordering.
- Develop and maintain databases for materials and labor costs.
- Analyze market material costs to improve gross margins.
- Collaborate with sales team to process budget requirements within established timelines.
- Prepare detailed quotes, unit price analyses, construction methodologies, and project schedules including Gantt charts.
- Provide daily activity reports.
