Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience, including internships.
  • Proven track record of producing qualified opportunities in an SDR/BDR capacity.
  • Experience interacting with Enterprise or Mid-Market level clients.
  • Proficiency with premium sales stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills for handling multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of digital roles and functions.
  • Strong drive to win and ability to handle high-velocity sales cultures.
  • Thrive in a fully remote environment.
  • Strong team-player mindset with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new growth opportunities within targeted accounts in partnership with sales.
  • Produce and iterate on prospecting strategies using cold calling, email, and social media.
  • Schedule and manage attendance of qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives.
  • Provide follow-up and qualification responsiveness to inbound inquiries.
  • Support marketing campaigns, including potential travel to in-person events.
  • Track and achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets.
  • Participate in regional and global sales team meetings and standups.
