Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited institution.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license.
- Current/Active NCEES registration in good standing.
- Minimum of 10 years in engineering and project management experience.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SKM Power Tools, and Visual (or AGI32).
- Expertise in Power, Lighting, Fire Alarm, Communications, and Electronic Security systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong project management, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- LEED BD+C Certification (preferred).
- PMP license (preferred).
- OSHA Training (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Perform and provide engineering services for design and construction of projects.
- Delegate tasks and coordinate staffing across projects using Team Gantt.
- Mentor and lead subordinate staff, including Staff Engineers, Engineers, and Designers.
- Manage on-time delivery of all project deliverables, including QA/QC process.
- Interface with clients and perform site investigations to ensure compliance with standards.
- Review shop drawing submittals and provide life safety analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing department and engage in business development activities.
