Job Details

7+ years in apparel design with a portfolio showing exceptional taste and commercial success.
Athleisure and/or Outerwear design experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Highly knowledgeable in textiles, garment construction, fit, and performance fabrics.
Experience with performance-driven apparel including knits, puffers, and jackets.
Ability to create detailed technical sketches, construction callouts, BOMs, and tech packs.
Experience managing development calendars, vendor communication, and navigating production realities.
Strong understanding of garment costing and timelines.
Proficiency in PLM systems.
Experience working in high SKU count, fast-paced environments.
Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.

Translate trend, cultural, competitive, and fabric insights into elevated, commercially successful product.
Design across athleisure and outerwear categories with strong understanding of silhouette, proportion, comfort, functionality, and performance.
Research emerging trends, fabrics, trims, washes, and white space opportunities.
Create detailed tech packs, CADs, BOMs, and construction callouts for accurate execution.
Partner closely with Fabric and Product Development and overseas vendors throughout development, fittings, proto reviews, and production.
Participate in fittings and provide direction on fit, comfort, construction, and garment functionality.
Develop seasonal color palettes and support cohesive assortment building.
Create and manage visual line plans to support merchandising strategy and product flow.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Product Development, and Production teams.
