Requirements

  • 6+ years of brand or visual design experience with a portfolio demonstrating campaign concepting and execution.
  • Experience designing across broad channels including print, OOH, digital, events, and paid social.
  • Strong visual sensibility with ability to direct photography and establish tone.
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and broader Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Expertise in design systems and brand governance.
  • Proficiency in AI design tools and their application to production workflows.
  • Proficiency in digital user experiences including landing pages, web, and email.
  • Experience working in-house at a B2B SaaS or tech company.

Responsibilities

  • Own the visual direction for integrated brand campaigns, out-of-home, events, and experiential activations from brief through final delivery.
  • Partner with copywriters, video and motion creatives, and marketing stakeholders to bring integrated ideas to life.
  • Partner with Brand Studio leadership on the evolution of visual identity components including typography, color, composition, and photography direction.
  • Review brand creative across the team to maintain high quality and consistency.
  • Identify and implement AI design tools to automate repetitive tasks and accelerate concepting and iteration.
