Requirements
- 3+ years of customer service experience in high-end retail, hospitality, hotels, BPO, or SaaS support.
- Native or near-native proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Proven ability to remain calm and decisive under high-pressure situations.
- Strong technical skills and experience using Slack, Notion, or PMS platforms.
- Capability to make independent judgment calls and own problem resolution.
- Reliable high-speed internet (50+ Mbps).
- Dedicated quiet workspace.
- Modern computer and quality headset.
Responsibilities
- Handle hard guest conversations via phone, text, and email with calm and ownership.
- Manage pre-stay, in-stay, and post-stay communication to ensure 5-star recoveries.
- Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance, and vendors in Colorado to resolve property issues rapidly.
- Make independent judgment calls on service recovery costs without needing constant escalation.
- Identify recurring guest issues and suggest system, automation, or guidebook improvements.
- Communicate cross-functionally with operations teams via Slack.
- Maintain clean documentation for handovers and operational continuity.
