Responsibilities

- Oversee the onboarding and training of new staff.
- Manage the distribution of test workloads strategically to optimize workflow.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine processes.
- Implement standards for report consistency to enhance analysis accuracy.
- Conduct periodic reviews of examinations and reports for process optimization.
- Participate in strategic meetings with internal teams and clients.
- Develop and facilitate training programs for clients.
- Supervise internal audits and recommend service quality adjustments.
