Requirements
- Applied, hands-on experience in the People Analytics space.
- Understanding of HRIS landscapes, headcount metrics, and HR data structures.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to adapt presentation style to audience needs on the fly.
- Demonstrable ability to explain complex analytics and data logic to diverse audiences.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up SaaS environment.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to reside in the Pacific or Mountain US timezones.
Responsibilities
- Deliver live, dynamic platform demonstrations tailored to specific organizational and HR challenges.
- Create custom content, metrics, and data mockups to showcase specific HR scenarios such as TA, compensation, L&D, and retention.
- Partner with Account Executives to navigate complex RFPs and write functional descriptions of platform capabilities.
- Handle ad-hoc product queries from prospects.
- Record engaging product videos to showcase features and drive market excitement.
