Requirements
- Strong professional experience in project management.
- Proven experience in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Background in software or custom development implementations, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Demonstrated experience with the complete lifecycle of complex enterprise projects.
- Understanding of core project management concepts, data modeling, theories, practices, and methods.
- Experience facilitating meetings and demonstrating consensus-building skills with project sponsors.
- Proficiency in Waterfall and/or SCRUM methodologies.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly assimilate new business models and technologies.
- Proven ability to work effectively across global teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Strategically build relationships with customer sponsors and stakeholders to identify future opportunities.
- Own overall project management, participating in discovery and requirement workshops to define project scope.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Solution Architects and Business Analysts, to design and execute solutions.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including maintaining status decks, milestone trackers, and RAID logs.
- Monitor project budget, timelines, and scope while proactively managing risks and mitigation plans.
- Drive the change order process by creating documentation such as estimates and timelines.
- Participate in customer training and other implementation initiatives.
