Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Finance, Computer Science, E-Commerce, International Trade, or related fields preferred.
  • 3+ years of product management experience.
  • Prior experience in cross-border payments, overseas acquiring, third-party payments, or clearing and settlement systems.
  • Experience building payment products from 0 to 1 is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with the end-to-end cross-border payment lifecycle (onboarding, transactions, settlement, reconciliation, risk control).
  • Knowledge of mainstream payment methods (Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, local wallets), routing logic, and multi-currency settlement mechanisms.
  • Strong product planning, requirements analysis, and documentation skills (PRDs, flowcharts, wireframes).
  • Excellent cross-departmental communication and project management abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage metrics for continuous optimization.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct requirements analysis and product design for acquiring, collection/disbursement, payment gateways, and settlement systems.
  • Deliver tailored client payment solutions across cross-border e-commerce, gaming, SaaS, and foreign trade sectors.
  • Lead the productization, integration, and optimization of payment channels including banks, third-party providers, and local wallets.
  • Design core workflows such as merchant onboarding, transaction routing, multi-currency settlement, and dispute resolution.
  • Produce standard product documentation including PRDs, flowcharts, wireframes, and business rules.
  • Collaborate with R&D, operations, finance, and compliance teams to drive product launches and iterations.
  • Optimize product performance and user experience using data metrics like transaction volume and success rates.
  • Track overseas market trends and competitor activities to enhance product competitiveness.
