Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical discipline.
- 3+ years of project management experience leading end-to-end product development and commercialization of regulated products.
- 2+ years in the Medical Device industry.
- Hands-on experience leading projects resulting in FDA 510(k) clearance.
- Working knowledge of 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485.
- Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, and Lean practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead medium to large, global, and interdependent projects.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Confluence.
- Experience with process improvement and metrics.
- Proven communication and stakeholder engagement skills with senior executives.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact medical device development projects across hardware, systems, and consumables from concept through commercialization.
- Align and lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Marketing.
- Develop and refine integrated project plans, managing scope, schedule, resources, and critical path.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure delivery, quality, and compliance.
- Facilitate data-driven problem solving for technical and organizational challenges.
- Own executive-level communication and resolve cross-functional trade-offs.
- Foster a collaborative environment and promote continuous improvement.
