Requirements

  • Proven experience selling services, ideally within staffing, recruiting, professional services, or HR tech.
  • Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to maintain executive presence and build trust with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to hunt for new business independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with local business communities.
  • Must live in the Los Angeles, Long Beach, or Orange County, California area.
  • Ability to travel across the US for select industry events as required.
  • Willingness to work exclusively on Mac OS systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales lifecycle: prospect, qualify, pitch, and close new business.
  • Research target companies and key decision-makers to build a strong pipeline.
  • Attend local HR groups, Chamber of Commerce, and industry events to network and represent the firm.
  • Build and maintain credible relationships with HR and business leaders.
  • Uphold transparent sales practices by maintaining honesty in pricing and service promises.
