- Native or fluent Dutch language skills (spoken and written).
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Prior experience in tourism, hospitality, travel, or related industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and deliver service experiences.
- Proficiency in using digital reservation systems, CRM platforms, and standard office applications.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Suitable remote working environment within Greece.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound reservation enquiries from Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist travellers with new hotel bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
- Provide expert guidance on hotel options, room categories, pricing, and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Update and maintain customer booking records and reservation data within internal systems.
- Collaborate with hotels and internal teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Identify upselling opportunities by recommending upgrades and complementary services.
