  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound reservation enquiries from Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist travellers with new hotel bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
  • Provide expert guidance on hotel options, room categories, pricing, and promotions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and service issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Update and maintain customer booking records and reservation data within internal systems.
  • Collaborate with hotels and internal teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Identify upselling opportunities by recommending upgrades and complementary services.
