- Previous experience in a customer service, reservations, or travel industry role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate digital systems and booking platforms.
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Strong understanding of the global travel and hospitality industry landscape.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Ability to maintain a suitable remote working environment within Greece.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries from German-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat regarding travel bookings, reservations, and itinerary changes.
- Assist customers with hotel, flight, car rental, and vacation package reservations.
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide information on travel policies, cancellation procedures, refund processes, and travel advisories.
- Collaborate with airline, hotel, and travel partners to coordinate booking modifications and urgent travel arrangements.
- Document all customer interactions and reservation updates within the CRM system.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant travel products and services.
