Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound enquiries from German-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat regarding travel bookings, reservations, and itinerary changes.
  • Assist customers with hotel, flight, car rental, and vacation package reservations.
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide information on travel policies, cancellation procedures, refund processes, and travel advisories.
  • Collaborate with airline, hotel, and travel partners to coordinate booking modifications and urgent travel arrangements.
  • Document all customer interactions and reservation updates within the CRM system.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant travel products and services.
