Requirements
- Native or fluent Czech language skills (both spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport or appropriate documentation permitting legal employment within Greece.
- Previous experience in a customer service, reservations, travel, or tourism-related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with digital tools, CRM platforms, and online booking systems.
- Proficiency in English is an asset.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple enquiries efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound reservations enquiries from Czech-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and timely support.
- Assist travellers with hotel, accommodation, and travel reservations on the Booking.com platform.
- Resolve booking modifications, cancellations, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Provide detailed information regarding accommodation options, travel policies, special offers, and platform features.
- Liaise with accommodation partners and internal departments to coordinate reservations and resolve discrepancies.
- Document all customer interactions, reservations data, and case outcomes using internal CRM systems.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and promote additional travel services and premium accommodation options.
