Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch language skills (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Valid EU passport.
- Previous experience in sales, hotel reservations, travel, or a customer-facing hospitality role is highly advantageous.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to confidently upsell.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and inquiries from Dutch-speaking guests.
- Present, promote, and upsell hotel packages, room categories, and resort amenities.
- Process hotel reservation bookings accurately using internal reservation management systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services such as spa treatments and dining.
- Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
- Collaborate with the reservations and hospitality sales team to exceed monthly targets.
