Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in event technology, registration operations, or marketing operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong Salesforce and event data expertise, including campaign tracking and field mapping.
- Hands-on experience with event technology platforms such as Swoogo, Cvent, RainFocus, BigMarker, Qualtrics, Bizzabo, Splash, ON24, or Webex Events.
- Experience supporting large-scale events (2,000+ attendees) and managing mobile apps or onsite hardware.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for data cleanup, reconciliation, and pivot tables.
- Proven ability to build scalable templates, operating playbooks, and QA processes.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI or automation tools to improve productivity and scale workflows.
- Strong project management skills, including milestone tracking and vendor coordination.
- High bar for brand consistency, attendee experience, accessibility, and privacy compliance.
- Strong sense of ownership to identify gaps, drive decisions, and align stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the event technology strategy, standards, and governance model across Twilio Global Events.
- Manage the configuration and launch process for event mobile apps, registration hardware, and onsite technology.
- Oversee event data flows between registration systems, Salesforce, and Tableau.
- Design registration strategies including form logic, attendee types, and approval workflows.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing Operations, Data, Web, and Legal to ensure technology supports business goals.
- Build scalable self-service templates, intake processes, and runbooks for distributed event teams.
- Manage event technology vendor relationships, platform roadmaps, and budget inputs.
- Use AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, data cleanup, and reporting preparation.
