Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers across all communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle customer enquiries related to energy billing, account management, meter readings, and service contracts.
  • Assist customers in understanding energy consumption and advise on sustainable product options.
  • Process service requests, report outages, and coordinate with internal departments for resolution.
  • Record all customer interactions accurately within the company's CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell energy products and services.
  • Support customer onboarding for switching providers or upgrading energy plans.
