Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch language skills (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service, retail support, or a client-facing environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle challenging conversations.
- Proficiency with digital tools, CRM platforms, and customer support software.
- Genuine enthusiasm for fashion, casualwear, or the retail industry.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Dutch-language point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with online orders, purchase queries, product information, and sizing guidance.
- Manage returns, refunds, exchanges, and complaints in accordance with company policy.
- Navigate and update customer records within CRM systems to maintain data integrity.
- Escalate complex cases to internal teams following established protocols.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product launches, collections, and promotional campaigns.
