Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Dutch-language point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with online orders, purchase queries, product information, and sizing guidance.
  • Manage returns, refunds, exchanges, and complaints in accordance with company policy.
  • Navigate and update customer records within CRM systems to maintain data integrity.
  • Escalate complex cases to internal teams following established protocols.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product launches, collections, and promotional campaigns.
