Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data product management, partnerships, business development, or analytics operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with a high degree of autonomy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and vice-versa.
- Experience managing or supporting external client or partner relationships, ideally in B2B data, analytics, or healthcare technology.
- Proficiency in SQL or equivalent data querying; comfort working with large, structured datasets.
- Experience building and maintaining product or technical documentation.
- Familiarity with data pipeline concepts, data schemas, and API-based data delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, analytical, or technical field.
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare data, claims data, or health analytics platforms.
- Preferred: Familiarity with third-party healthcare data assets like IQVIA, Komodo, HealthVerity, or Datavant.
- Preferred: Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and develop new data partnership and commercialization opportunities across healthcare, life sciences, and technology industries.
- Manage the full lifecycle of data licensing partnerships from initial discussions through deal execution and ongoing operational management.
- Represent the organization in external forums, conferences, and partner meetings to originate new opportunities.
- Coordinate with data engineering and partner teams to scope and deliver product enhancements and ensure SLA compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding external data assets, advising on applicability, limitations, and use cases.
- Monitor data quality, coverage, and performance for external data products, proactively resolving issues with stakeholders.
