Requirements
- Proven experience managing affiliate partners and/or a portfolio of client accounts.
- Proven experience reviewing and negotiating partnership contracts and commercial terms.
- Proven experience with outbound email outreach.
- Proficiency with sales tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Sheets.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to performance metrics.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Experience with HubSpot is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate and business partners through retention, upsells, and long-term relationship building.
- Identify and onboard new partners through proactive outbound outreach.
- Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements, including revenue share, CPA, and hybrid structures.
- Review and improve partner contracts, T&Cs, IOs, and affiliate agreements.
- Respond to inbound leads, clients, and partner requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Track, submit, and analyze lead and sales performance metrics.
- Support commercial operations such as order handling, content coordination, and invoicing.
- Represent the company during annual business trips and industry events.
