Requirements

  • Proven experience managing affiliate partners and/or a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Proven experience reviewing and negotiating partnership contracts and commercial terms.
  • Proven experience with outbound email outreach.
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to performance metrics.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with HubSpot is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate and business partners through retention, upsells, and long-term relationship building.
  • Identify and onboard new partners through proactive outbound outreach.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements, including revenue share, CPA, and hybrid structures.
  • Review and improve partner contracts, T&Cs, IOs, and affiliate agreements.
  • Respond to inbound leads, clients, and partner requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Track, submit, and analyze lead and sales performance metrics.
  • Support commercial operations such as order handling, content coordination, and invoicing.
  • Represent the company during annual business trips and industry events.
