Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of hands-on paid media experience.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Comfortable in a client-facing role.
  • Comfortable workspace and reliable internet access.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign setup.
  • Write and test ad copy and creative variations.
  • Contribute to overall account strategy and campaign planning.
  • Analyze performance data and translate into clear recommendations.
  • Participate in weekly internal and client-facing meetings.
  • Collaborate with team members across paid media and SEO.
