Requirements
- 2–5+ years of hands-on paid media experience.
- Proven experience managing campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Comfortable in a client-facing role.
- Comfortable workspace and reliable internet access.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign setup.
- Write and test ad copy and creative variations.
- Contribute to overall account strategy and campaign planning.
- Analyze performance data and translate into clear recommendations.
- Participate in weekly internal and client-facing meetings.
- Collaborate with team members across paid media and SEO.
