Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of accounting technician experience in public practice, public sector, or corporate finance.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power User).
  • Ability to effectively use the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience with Workiva and Wdata.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience building custom CaseView documents.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to solve complex challenges within defined frameworks and timelines.
  • Proven ability to learn and master new technology.
  • High attention to detail and standards for quality.
  • Maintain a private home office with high-speed internet to ensure confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Create project documents and templates for client engagements.
  • Perform document review and prepare example structures, data, and formats.
  • Build financial reporting templates utilizing complex formulas, data linking, and validation in Excel.
  • Create and link cashflow worksheets.
  • Perform adjusting journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Ensure all project tasks meet FHB branding and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple client projects and deadlines with effective time management.
