Requirements
- BS degree in Business Administration or Finance or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years Strategic Relationship Manager or Account Manager experience.
- Proven written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer skills including advanced skills with Excel.
- Advanced listening and comprehension skills.
- Understanding of Credit Card Processing and Sales process.
- Ability to travel for account meetings and industry trade shows as needed.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ISV channel partners, ensuring satisfaction, retention and alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasts of partner performance, revenue growth and sales pipeline opportunities.
- Create, review and analyze monthly financial reports, residual reports and performance dashboards.
- Analyze existing channel partners portfolio to identify margin optimization opportunities including potential price increases.
- Collaborate with partners to develop business plans, establish goals and create and execute go-to-market initiatives.
- Understand market and current pricing for payment processing solutions to make pricing recommendations and proposals.
- Assist with creating and managing a strategic and tactical sales plan to achieve revenue goals.
