Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Management or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, preferably in a project management role.
- ISTQB CTFL certification.
- ITIL service management certification.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Possession of a Partita IVA (VAT number).
- Strong knowledge of programming languages including C++, PHP, HTML, SQL, VB.Net, and Macros.
- Proven track record of leading testing teams and managing testing processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and managerial skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the testing team for various software projects.
- Interpret business requirements and crystallize stories and acceptance criteria for implementation.
- Manage overall testing and team processes and improvements.
- Deliver testing results to the project team and stakeholders.
- Manage all activities in the test plan to ensure that objectives are met.
- Test solutions for functionality, performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility.
- Provide feedback for production deployment reviews.
- Attend requirements gathering and review meetings.
- Document test plans, test strategies, risk strategies, and sign-offs.
