Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in manual QA testing, with a strong focus on Web applications.
- Strong understanding of QA fundamentals including test planning, test case design, and bug reporting.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written communication skills for documenting defects and results.
- Familiarity with bug tracking/project management systems like Jira or Linear.
- Experience using browser developer tools for debugging.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed manual test plans and test cases for the SIMBA Team.
- Perform hands-on manual testing across browsers and devices to validate new features and bug fixes.
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to identify, reproduce, and document defects.
- Maintain organized QA documentation including test cases, regression suites, and release reports.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure issues are triaged and prioritized based on user impact.
- Participate in Agile workflows, including standups, planning, and retrospectives.
- Execute regression testing and release validation to ensure product quality.
