Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role
- Strong command of SQL and Python/R for analysis and modeling
- Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Proven track record of leading projects and teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with pipeline orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow or dbt
- Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Familiarity with Kafka or Spark is advantageous
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and remote collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and Jira
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of analytical frameworks to support business goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into data projects
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics models
- Mentor junior analysts and ensure high standards in data quality and storytelling
- Recommend process improvements based on data-driven insights
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices
