Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS.
  • Experience managing other Product Marketing Managers (PMMs).
  • Direct experience operating in a product-led SaaS model.
  • Strong understanding of adoption-driven and lifecycle growth.
  • Effective people leadership and coaching skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functionally without authority.
  • Expertise in connecting positioning and GTM strategy to product usage and revenue.
  • Customer-first mindset and empathy for small business owners.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver PLG motion campaigns focused on customer value, free-to-paid conversion, and usage-based expansion.
  • Champion experimentation and learning across GTM and customer journeys.
  • Define activation and adoption milestones in partnership with Product and Data teams.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Product Marketing Managers.
  • Set strategy, priorities, and operating rhythms for the product marketing team.
  • Establish best practices and standards for positioning, messaging, and GTM excellence.
  • Own GTM strategy across major product launches, feature releases, and enhancements.
  • Partner with Product and Growth leadership to align launch plans with adoption and revenue goals.
