Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS Product Marketing.
- Proven experience launching new products or offers, particularly serving small and mid-sized businesses.
- Experience partnering with Product to take features from concept to launch (problem validation, targeting, packaging).
- Exceptional positioning, messaging, and content development skills.
- Ability to communicate complex value (integrations, workflows, AI features) in clear, compelling language.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and organizational skills as a GTM driver.
- Data-informed, experiment-oriented mindset using qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Experience with AI-driven capabilities and automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Own product marketing for top priority features from positioning and messaging through packaging, launch, and early commercialization.
- Shape new solutions with Product, using market research, customer feedback, and experiment readouts to clarify ICP, use cases, problem statements, and success criteria.
- Define and refine packaging and offers (tiers, bundles, add-ons, and early pricing hypotheses) for add-on products in collaboration with Product, Pricing, Revenue, and other teams.
- Build focused GTM plans and enablement, from messaging frameworks and pitch narratives to sales tools and customer-facing collateral, that make it easy for field and partner teams to position and sell.
- Run and iterate GTM programs (campaigns, plays, content, and partner motions) to drive awareness, adoption, and advocacy.
