Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in a high volume call center in a healthcare environment.
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology and medication names (brand and generic).
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Google products and call center software.
  • Ability to manage questions or resistance from pharmacy staff and escalate appropriately.
  • Ability to think critically, especially when navigating IVR systems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Understanding of PHI access regulations and responsibilities.
  • Ability to work 40 hours/week.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Establish a private work area that ensures information privacy.
  • Maintain reliable, low-latency internet.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging pharmacies by phone to deliver Arine's services on behalf of patients’ health plans.
  • Making 75-100 outbound calls each day.
  • Identifying and creating follow-up tasks and escalations for pharmacists.
  • Obtaining provider contact information and patient information for clinical interventions.
  • Maintaining accurate records in Arine's software platform.
  • Participating in process improvement and team meetings to optimize workflows.
