Requirements
- Minimum 10 years in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally in SaaS, logistics, trade compliance, or supply chain software.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder strategic enterprise-level accounts at the VP and C-suite level.
- Proven track record of owning renewals and expansion revenue.
- Demonstrated executive presence with experience presenting to VP- and C-level audiences.
- Strong commercial acumen regarding ARR, GRR, and NRR metrics.
- Project management skills to track deliverables and manage multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Preferably 3-5 years working for or with national, enterprise-level customs brokerage houses.
- U.S. Customs Broker License or Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) designation preferred.
- Experience with CRM tools and interpreting account health data.
Responsibilities
- Promote KlearNow usage across assigned accounts focusing on measurable business outcomes and ROI.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) connecting platform performance to trade operations outcomes.
- Cultivate senior-level relationships to align with strategic goals and digital transformation roadmaps.
- Own the full commercial lifecycle post-sale, including renewals and contract expansions.
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities to increase account footprint and wallet share.
- Monitor account health scores and execute recovery plans for at-risk accounts.
- Serve as a subject matter resource on trade compliance workflows and coordinate platform escalations with internal teams.
