  • Exceptional project management abilities, including timeline management and report interpretation.
  • Public speaking experience with the ability to present to formal and casual audiences.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • Experience working with the grocery industry or two-sided marketplaces is a major plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end relationship with grocery retailers from onboarding to long-term account management.
  • Promote account retention through platform education and data-driven insights.
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities and contract renewals.
  • Predict and proactively address churn risks.
  • Lead monthly account reviews with senior client executives, utilizing raw data to create performance reports and case studies.
  • Collaborate with analytics, product, marketing, and operations teams to drive retailer value.
