Requirements

- 7+ years of enterprise experience in the technology sector.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven track record of exceeding goals in retention and growth targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into compelling stories.
- Exceptional project management abilities, including timeline management and report interpretation.
- Public speaking experience with the ability to present to formal and casual audiences.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- Experience working with the grocery industry or two-sided marketplaces is a major plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end relationship with grocery retailers from onboarding to long-term account management.
- Promote account retention through platform education and data-driven insights.
- Identify and close expansion opportunities and contract renewals.
- Predict and proactively address churn risks.
- Lead monthly account reviews with senior client executives, utilizing raw data to create performance reports and case studies.
- Collaborate with analytics, product, marketing, and operations teams to drive retailer value.
